How the included Koverno website handles an inquiry. Updated 6 October 2026.

Inquiries

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, business name, the service you are interested in and your message. Phone, website and budget are optional. These details are used to understand and respond to your request.

How inquiries are delivered

When you submit the inquiry form, your details are sent by email to the Koverno team through this website. Submitting the form does not book a meeting; a team member reviews the brief and replies using the contact details you provide.

Inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond to your request and manage any resulting project, unless a longer period is required by law.

Browser storage

The pricing planner saves selected services and advertising budget inputs in this browser so you can continue your plan. Removing the browser’s site data clears that plan. Contact details entered in the inquiry form are not saved in browser storage.

Tracking

This website does not use advertising pixels or marketing cookies. The hosting platform and WordPress may set technical cookies needed for security and site operation. If analytics, tracking or external booking tools are added later, this information will be updated to reflect those choices.

Control of your information

You can ask about, correct or request deletion of an inquiry you have shared by contacting Koverno using the details on the Contact page.

Before public launch

The site owner must add the verified business identity, contact details, actual delivery destinations and retention practices. This page describes the supplied implementation and needs to match the final operating setup.
